*Customer Uploads - Convenient easy interface using Internet Explorer enabling customers
                                   to quickly drag & drop large files for upload. This protocol will only
                                   be functional using Windows XP and Internet Explorer 6.0 or greater.
                                   Upload speeds can be quite slow based on your ISP bandwidth limitations.

*Nepp Uploads -    Same as Customer Uploads except usage reserved for NE employees only.

* Sometimes sending large files via email may not be possible or practical, hence the reason
  for allowing easy uploads to our website especially for the technically challenged. However,
  the use of this type of interface is very limited and may not work with all operating systems
  and web browsers.

  The preferred method would be to use an ftp client based software such as WS FTP or FileZilla
  which is free. Northeastern strongly suggests using FTP software as a means to upload large content
  files. Since FileZilla is free and fairly simple to use, download this ftp program using the provided
  link (zip format). Right Click Here and Save Target As to save the file to your computer. The program
  does not have to be installed, simply extract the files using WinZip to some directory of your choosing
  similar to the example below:
 

 To start the program double click the FileZilla.exe icon - then File - Site Manager - Click on
 New Site and enter information as shown below. When finished click Connect, you must call
 us for the password as it will change periodically.
 

If successful the main program window will look as below stating "Directory listing successful".
The left side of the window called Local Site is your computer and files - the right side of the
window called Remote Site is our website directory. Simply copy files from the left side to the
right side by dragging over and you will have uploaded your files to our site or vice-versa drag files
from right to left which would download from our web site to your computer. Please contact us so
